COVID-19 Legal Update: Employment Provisions of the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act

On December 27, 2020, President Trump signed into law the $2.3 trillion Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.  The Act provides funding for all federal agencies and $900 billion for pandemic relief for individuals and businesses (including nonprofits).
