Getting Help for My Nonprofit

You clicked “Getting Help for My Nonprofit” which is excellent because that is Pro Bono Partnership’s mission!

Nonprofit organizations, like other corporations, regularly need legal advice to ensure that they are compliant with laws and to make effective business decisions in support of their programs and clients. Many nonprofits lack the funds to secure legal advice without sacrificing resources needed to deliver programs, yet that legal advice may be critical to their success. Pro Bono Partnership’s goal is to make sure that qualifying nonprofits have the highest quality business legal help for free on everything from corporate governance to labor and employment to trademarks.

Pro Bono Partnership provides assistance to nonprofits by connecting our clients with volunteer lawyers on business and transactional legal matters, by maintaining a Legal Resource Helpline where nonprofits receive helpful information and referrals, and by offering educational resources in the form of articles and webinars on topics important to nonprofit professionals. See our 2020 impact here.

To take advantage of our educational resources, visit our Learning Center. If you’d like advice on quick nonprofit legal questions, utilize our Legal Resource Helpline by calling one of our offices today.
